Who To Contact?

• If you have a public question where you think other students might know the answer OR benefit from seeing the answer, post it in the discussion forums.
• Check the discussion forums to see if your question is already answered there.
• Private questions about LaTeX can be sent to any of us via normal e-mail (you can pick one of us at random).
• Check to see if you can take advantage of someone's office hours, which is often a more effective means of communication.
• For questions about Maple, contact Dave.
• For questions about GeoGebra, contact Stephen.
• For questions about past graded assignments, contact Burcu.
• Administrative questions or technical problems with Waterloo LEARN should be directed to the Centre for Extended Learning office at extendedlearning@uwaterloo.ca.
• We try to answer everything in two days or less.
